5 Bedrooms ideal for big or small groups. This Luxury property can cater for 6- 10 people. The main house has 3 large bedrooms which sleeps 6 comfortably. The adjoining apartment has two large bedrooms and sleeps 4, with its own Kitchen and living area.
Set on 1.5 acres of land with direct access to Kenmare bay ideal for swimming, boating or fishing. The river dromughty runs along side the property.
Located on the ring of Beara and just 3 km from the Heritage town of Kenmare and the Ring of Kerry this stunning home is something that must be seen to be truly appreciated.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with 6ft 6 sleigh bed. Walk in wardrobe and safe.
Bedroom 2: Double bed. Ensuite with bath.
Bedroom 3: Twin room can be changed to double bed.

Bedroom 5: Twin bed can be changed to double.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms are ensuite with wc, whb and power shower. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 2 has a bath. Separate wc in hallway.
Kitchen: The Kitchen leads into the dining room. Aga cooker, electric cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and pull out ironing board.
Utility Room: Large freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Living Rooms: Large living room with panoramic views over the Kenmare bay. Open fireplace. Sky TV, DVD and video with a large video libary. L-shaped couch and window seating.
Other: Study to relax in.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels are provided. On check out the house is cleaned. During your stay a cleaning lady can be arranged with prior notice payable by the hour. Babysitter can also be arranged.
The property is suitable for children, please note it is on the water. The Ground floor bedrooms makes it suitable for elderly. There are only two steps externally to get into the house. A 500 Euro security deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded less charges occured during your stay ie. electricity, oil, phone and any breakages.

Large patio area with garden table and chairs. Barbecue made out of nautral stone. Large garden to the back of the property with a diving area suitable at high tide. Slip way leading to the water. The front of the property is surrounded by trees giving the property privacy.
Coast/Beach
The house is located on a safe cove ideal for swimming. There is a diving board off the back of the house suitable at hogh tide. Locally there is Kenmare pier and pebble beach.
Golf
There are two 18 hole golf courses in the area. The local course is Kenmare golf course which is 3KM away. The PGA 18 hole Ring of Kerry Golf course is 7 KM away. This course can be seen in the distance from The house. Within a 40 mile radius is the renowned courses at Waterville, Ballybunion and Killarney. The old head of Kinsale is just 60 KM away.
