Introduction: Villa Serenity is a brand new villa which was only completed in June 2006.
The villa is located in a new development of just 9 villas
Located just 15 minutes from Paphos airport it is the perfect location for those who do not want to worry about a long drive after a flight. Paphos is just 20 minutes drive away, the nearest beach at Mandria is 10 minutes and if you're into golf the nearest course is only five minutes away.
Villa Serentity can sleep up to six guests comfortably. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher, fridge freezor, microwave and utility area
No expense has been spared with the interior decorating of the villa. The living area is an open plan living arrangment leading off the kitchen. The living room has a leather suite of furniture with recliner/rocking chair. There is also a TV, DVD and CD player. Leading off the living are are patio doors which take you on to the pool terrace.
The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, two of which are en suite and the third one is as good as, being right next to the main bathroom.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king sized bed and en suite with shower. Patio doors lead off the master bedrooom on to a large terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the mornings taking in the breathtaking scenery around.
Bedroom 2 located on the first floor has 2 single beds with en suite and shower.
Bedroom 3 also has 2 single beds. This is located on the ground floor and has patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The pool is maintained professionally twice a week in the Summer and once a week in the winter ensuring that is is always clean. There are plenty of sunloungers, tables, chairs, and umbrellas around the pool to ensure no one has to miss out on any of that fantastic Cyprus sunshine ( 340 days a year on average). The pool terrace is on two levels and the lower terrace is perfect for sipping a cold early evening drink watching the sun go down.
At the back of the villa there is a lovely private garden with a dining table that can seat eight, a gas barbeque and outside lighting, perfect for alfresco dining.
The gardens at the back and front of the villa have been beautifully landscaped. Orange and lemon trees grow outside the back door.
The villa is located ten minutes stroll from the charming cypriot village Koukila, here you will find carefully restored traditional stone houses, narrow winding streets, tavernas with delicious local food, a small supermarket and coffee houses. Life there seems to have stopped centuries ago with welcoming locals dressed in tradional black busily engaged in watching the world go by.
Airport collection can be arranged if required.
Caretaker on call 24 hours.
A standard welcome pack can be arranged at a cost of 20 Euro.(Bread, Milk, Butter, Tea, Coffee, Fruit, Cereal etc
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Arrival time is 3 PM.
