Ard Cnoic has is a new home that has only just been completed at the end of 2007.

There is a large kitchen and dining area in an open plan living arrangment.
The kitchen has all the modern conveniences and the dining area can seat 8 guests.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.
There are 2 separate sitting rooms in Ard Cnoic, One leads off the dining area and has an open fire and seating. There is a sliding door leading off this sitting room on to a patio area. This sitting room has a plasma TV
The other sitting room is large with suite of furniture and plasma screen TV.
Up the stairs there is a lovely mezzanine looking down to the main entrance hall.
There are 4 bedrooms leading off the landing which can sleep 8 guests comfortably.

The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite and small dressing room area.
The other 3 bedrooms also feature double beds.
There are stunning views of the country side from all of the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has views of the waterfront at Rineen pier.
The house has oil heating, an open fire in one of the sitting rooms and a stove in the second sitting room.

Located just 700 Meters walk from the popular fishing village of Union Hall.
Union Hall is a small fishing village that becomes alive during the Summer time.
It has 2 well renouned restaurants and 4 lively pubs. The village is a well known picture on postcards of Ireland. Fish can be bought in the local fish Co Op that has been caught that day.
Glandore is just 2 miles away, another scenic village in West Cork.
If one is into walking Rinneen woods is less than 2 KM away.
Myross Church and retreat house is also just 600 Meters from Ard Cnoic

Located in the heart of West Cork, day trips to the islands of Cape Clear, Sherkin and Heir Island are within 15 Km drive away to Baltimore where one would get the ferry.
The popular towns of SKibbereen, Rosscarbery, Baltimore, Bantry and Clonakilty are all nearby

Day trips to Kerry are also possible as Union Hall is just an hours drive to Kenmare.

Ard Cnoic is an ideal base from which to discover the delight that the area has to offer.
