Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Sutivan vibrant with life, with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Eat out at a different restaurant each evening and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village. Spend time on beautiful pebble beaches and swim in the crystal clean water. Enjoy Sutivan’s traditional Dalmatian architecture and explore other beautiful locations on the island. Its proximity to the ferry port at Supetar means you can easily take a day trip to another island or visit town Split on the mainland where you can wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace. For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. The tranquillity of Sutivan is toxic and makes it a great place to have a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car. Easy and regular access to the mainland from Supetar also makes it a convenient base from which you can visit the historic sites of Split and other close locations. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.

Means of access:
From Split airport hire a car or take a taxi or take an airport official bus to the ferry port in Split (approx. 30 minutes of drive). Then take the 45 min car ferry to Supetar. There you will be received in the offices of the English management agent who can help with any enquiries. From Supetar to Sutivan is about 10 minutes of drive by bus or car.
